Everyone wants a good job.

Good salary. Nice house. Maybe a car. A few vacations a year. The usual stuff.

But somewhere along the way, we're also told that getting all of this means working yourself into the ground. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

And honestly… why?

Wanting to leave work on time doesn't mean you're lazy. Wanting weekends to yourself doesn't mean you have no ambition.

A lot of young people still want to earn more, grow and eventually reach leadership positions.

They just don't want the “sacrifice your entire 20s and we'll talk later” version of success. ๐Ÿ’€

Maybe that's why the whole “young people don't want to work” conversation feels a little off.

It's not necessarily about avoiding work.

It's about asking whether the deal is worth it.

Because if success costs you your sleep, your relationships and whatever tiny bit of peace you had left…
