• You may delete your Boomm account by visiting: https://boomm.in/delete-account
• Account deletion requests require identity verification.
• Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• You may cancel the deletion request within this period by contacting us at team@boomm.in.
• Public content you have shared may remain visible to other users after account deletion and may be retained for moderation reference, legal compliance, or operational continuity. Where required by law, such content will be anonymized or disassociated from your identity.

• Boomm is intended for users who meet the minimum age required under applicable law in their jurisdiction and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
• We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under the age of 13.
• If we become aware that a child under 13 has accessed or registered on the App, we will suspend or terminate the account and take appropriate steps to delete associated personal data, unless retention is required by applicable law.
• Any content involving or suggesting child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), grooming, or the endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited. We may investigate such content, preserve relevant information where required, remove offending content, suspend associated accounts, and report such activity to law enforcement or appropriate child protection authorities in accordance with applicable law.
