1. Age Restriction
Boomm is intended for users who meet the minimum age required under applicable law in their jurisdiction and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to create accounts or use the platform.
If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has created an account, we will suspend or terminate the account and take appropriate steps to delete associated personal data unless retention is required by applicable law.
2. Prohibited Content
Boomm maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward content or behavior that endangers children. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
- Grooming attempts, solicitation, or inappropriate interactions involving minors.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing sexually explicit material involving minors.
- Use of avatars, usernames, language, or symbols that suggest CSAE or sexualization of minors.
- Any attempt to bypass safeguards designed to protect minors or obscure CSAE-related activity.
Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement authorities as required by law.
3. User Reporting & Controls
Users are encouraged to report any safety concerns, suspected CSAE content, or behavior that violates these standards through the following channels:

- Use the in-app Report option available on posts, comments, and user profiles.

Reports related to child safety are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible, typically within 24–48 hours.
4. Content Monitoring & Moderation
Boomm uses a combination of proactive and reactive measures to maintain platform safety:
- Human review by trained moderators and community managers.
- Automated and AI-assisted flagging systems to detect potentially harmful or prohibited content.
Content involving suspected CSAE is escalated immediately for review, preservation, and appropriate action.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
Boomm complies with applicable Indian IT laws and regulations and cooperates with law enforcement agencies and government authorities when required.
We may preserve and share relevant information, including content and account details, to assist investigations related to child safety or illegal activity, as permitted or required by law.
