69% of Delhi NCR College Students Are Living in Deadline Dodging Mode Right Now

It's 11:58 PM. You have a submission due at midnight, three unread professor emails, and you genuinely cannot remember the last time you attended a full week of classes. Welcome to the semester, bestie — this is just Tuesday.

We put this on Boomm and asked students straight up: What's your current college survival mode? Two options — Deadline Dodging π or Attendance Fighting π. The votes came in fast and the split was pretty telling.
The Results, No Cap
69% picked Deadline Dodging, and only 31% said Attendance Fighting was their biggest battlefield right now. So nearly 7 in 10 students are out here sprinting from submission to submission, juggling internship tasks, college assignments, and that one group project where you're doing all the work. Attendance is a crisis too — but apparently deadlines are eating students alive first.
What the comments said was more interesting than the numbers, honestly.
"survival is the curriculum now"
That one hit different. Because fr, nobody warned you that college in Greater Noida or Faridabad would feel less like learning and more like a weekly boss fight against your own schedule. One commenter put it perfectly:
"every week feels like a boss fight π"
And the attendance crowd isn't doing much better — as one student pointed out, "one missed class becomes a crisis fr." One proxy short, one attendance percentage tipping into detention territory — the math is never in your favour.
The real talk? Both modes are just college students trying to make it through a system that sometimes feels designed to outlast you. The deadlines, the 75% attendance rule, the PG curfew — it's all part of the same grind.
So tell us — which survival mode are you actually in this week?
